A concert, an opening or a special day. Up to 3 hours of filming, one reel and 5 stories.
Prices valid as of October 2026. If a shoot needs travel, we list it separately in the quote.
The first 3 businesses pay half price for the first month.
3 places, applications close 30 November 2026. The written quote shows the normal price and the first-month price side by side.
From the second month the normal price applies. The ad budget is not discounted.
Common questions
What sets the final price?
How much content you want each month, how often we come to film, and whether we answer the messages. We look at your account and send a written quote.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. You give us access through Instagram’s own team access (Meta Business Suite). The account and password stay with you, and you can take the access back at any time.
Who does the posting?
In the management packages we post, and every piece goes to you first. In the Content package we hand you the files and you post them.
Is the ad budget included in the fee?
No. You pay the ad budget straight to Meta. Our fee covers setting up and monitoring the ads.
Can I take just one service?
Yes. We also quote for filming only, design only or ads only.
Will my video be muted because of the music?
Some songs can’t be used on business accounts, so we pick the music for your account type from the start. For live-music venues we suggest using the band’s own sound from the stage.
When do we start?
The start date is written in the quote. The first pieces reach you for approval within 2 weeks of agreeing.
When are videos delivered?
We send them for approval within 3 working days of the shoot. If you ask for changes, the new version arrives within 1 working day.
How many businesses do you work with at once?
At most 8. The same person looks after your account from start to finish. If we are full, the quote gives the start date.
Do I need a long contract?
No. We work month to month, and you can stop with 30 days’ notice.
What are the three free ideas?
Send us your Instagram handle. We look at your account and send three content ideas for your business in writing within 2 working days. You don’t have to buy anything.
